Your Preferences

We recommend that new students set their preferences in as soon as possible and that returning students update their preferences whenever necessary.

Your Personal Information

Manage your name, addresses, phones, internet locations and emergency contacts. To do this:

1. Sign in to
2. Click on Campus Community
3. Click on Personal Info

Electronic Refunds

Online refunds can be automatically credited to your bank account. To set-up your bank information and receive Electronic Refunds:

1. Sign in to
2. Click on Self Service
3. Click on Student Center
4. Click on Payment Plans and Account Services
5. Click on Refunds
   

To View Details of Transactions on Your My无忧短视频 Account [pdf]

1. Log onto My无忧短视频 which will take you to the Student Center Page
2. Scroll down to 鈥淔inances鈥�
3. From the drop down menu on the left, select 鈥渙ther Financials鈥� and 鈥渁ccount activities鈥�
4. Under the box labeled 鈥渁ll terms鈥�, select the term you want to see
5. Then click 鈥渧iew all鈥� and every transaction will appear

4. Scroll down to Finances
5. Click on Payment Plans and Account Services
6. Click on Student Account Options
7. Click on Authorized Users

Your 1098-T

The Bursar鈥檚 Office reports tuition paid by students enrolled at 无忧短视频 to the Internal Revenue Service each year. For more detailed information, see Tuition Statement and Tax Credits (1098-T). You can request to receive this statement online or through the mail. To do this:

1. Sign in to

3. Click on Student Center
4. Scroll down to Finances
5. Click on 1098T Detail Inquiry
