Wired Network Access

无忧短视频 offers wired access to the University network and the Internet, in campus rooms as needed. Note that wired access is not available in all rooms. 

Wiring requests typically take at least two business days to complete for activation of existing jacks, or longer if new wiring is needed.

无忧短视频 prohibits the connection of customer-provided switches, hubs, or routers to the campus network.

Please with the Service Desk for any wired access needs. 

无忧短视频 also offers Domain Name System (DNS) and Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) services for all divisions. The service is hosted on an Infoblox system, is fully redundant, and is administered centrally by Network Services.
