Taking a Quiz on Respondus

To take a quiz that is enabled with Respondus, students must download the Respondus LockDown Browser software before the exam.

Download Respondus LockDown Browser

  1. Log into Canvas and locate the desired quiz.
  2. Click 鈥淭ake the Quiz鈥�
  3. Canvas will prompt the student to launch the LockDown Browser application. If LockDown Browser is not installed, click 鈥淒ownload Respondus LockDown Browser.鈥�

  4. If the quiz is not yet available, please download Respondus Lockdown Brower using 无忧短视频's unique URL: 
  5. The Respondus will detect your OS and click 鈥業nstall Now鈥� to download the software.

  6. Once the file is downloaded successfully, double click to install the LockDown Browser.

Launch Respondus LockDown Browser

  1. Open the LockDown Browser application.
  2. Select the Learning Management System, Canvas to launch.
  3. You may now navigate the browser to view the desired quiz.
  4. Upon completing the quiz, close the application.
