Fall 2024 Grading Bulletin

As we approach the end of the fall semester, we鈥檇 like to remind you of these important deadlines and provide you with some important notes below.

Important Dates and Deadlines

• GRADE ROSTERS OPEN - Tuesday, Dec 10: Access to Grade rosters for all regular and special session classes with end dates through 12/31/24 will be available at 8 a.m.
• PRELIMINARY GRADE SUBMISSION DATE - Friday, Dec 20: All grades entered in an approved status by 11:59 p.m. will be posted and viewable at 8 a.m. the next day.
  • • Grade rosters submitted in Approved status after 12/20/2024 will be posted on the following dates: 12/22, 12/24, 12/26, 12/28, 12/30/2024 & 1/2/2025 @8 a.m.
• FINAL  GRADE SUBMISSION DEADLINE - Wednesday, Jan 1: Grades not submitted by the deadline will be assigned 鈥淩D鈥� Report Delayed grades.  RD grades must be changed to an appropriate grade as soon as possible.  RD grades can be detrimental to students' ability to register for courses requiring a minimum class prerequisite grade.
• FINAL GRADE POSTING - Thursday, Jan 2: Grades entered in Approved status posted. 
  
  • • Grades may still be entered in the grade roster (if the roster has not been posted).  Please contact the Registrar鈥檚 Office if entering grades in the roster after 8 a.m.
    • See the grading page for instructions on how to submit late grades or change grades.
    • We will not accept any grading documents via campus mail.
• ACADEMIC STANDING FINALIZED - Friday, Jan 10: Academic standing & current semester grades posted on My无忧短视频 & official transcripts.

Important Notes

IT Service Desk Hours:  Please refer to the IT Service Desk site for published hours.

Password Information: To avoid last-minute issues, please log into faculty self-service a few days prior to entering grades to ensure that your 无忧短视频 ID and PASSWORD are active. My无忧短视频 uses your one.无忧短视频 login information. This will be the same password as your 无忧短视频 Email account.   

Grade Submission:  From , click My无忧短视频 tile (not 无忧短视频 @ Work) to access your grade rosters (see below).  See for detailed instructions. Refer to our for overall grading information.

Administrative Grades of W (Withdrawal), IC (Incomplete Charged), and RD (Report Delayed) are assigned by the Office of the Registrar.  Please do not enter these grades.  A 鈥淲U鈥� Withdrawal Unauthorized should be assigned to a student who did not officially drop the class, did not meet course requirements, or did not drop/withdraw from the course.
