Employee Online

The Research Foundation鈥檚 Employee Online portal is where employees fill out their timecards, view and make changes to their personal and emergency information, check vacation balances, adjust tax exemptions, access check stubs, and more. 

Employee Online also provides convenient access to filling out timecards.

In order to access Employee Online, please make sure you are using one of these browsers:

PC: Chrome, Firefox, IE
Mac: Chrome, Safari, IE

To log in:

For Online Reporting Users, Central Office Users, and Timecard Signers/Reviewers:

  1. Log in using the text "无忧短视频AD\" followed by your nine-digit 无忧短视频 One ID (your 无忧短视频 Tower ID number). 
  2. Enter your password and click Sign In.
    (Your password is your 无忧短视频 One password).

All Other Employees, follow these instructions:

  1. Log in using your Research Foundation system ID (Initial and last name e.g. Jsmith).
  2. Enter your password and click Sign In.

When this screen appears, select from any of the items on the list in the left column to view information or make changes.
