• Who do I talk to about faculty appointments (new hires/rehires)?

  • Your first point of contact regarding staff and MPP appointments is Faculty Services. If you are certain the paperwork is complete and has been forwarded to Employee Support Services, you may contact your ESS Representative for assistance.

• Who do I talk to about student appointments (new hires)?

  • For regular student appointments, including work study, please contact your Employee Support Services Representative.

    For academic student appointments (e.g. GA, TA, ISA), please contact Faculty Services.
